Golte is located just above the charming town of Mozirje, in the heart of the Savinjska Valley. It’s about a 1.5-hour drive from Ljubljana, and the road is both scenic and smooth — winding through green hills, villages, and forests.

🚗 Option 1: Drive Yourself

The most convenient way is to rent a car or drive your own. Just type “Fly Golte” or “Golte cable car” into Google Maps, and you’ll be guided right to the takeoff area. There’s parking available at the Žekovec cable car station, and from there, we’ll guide you to the flight spot.

🚌 Option 2: Bus to Mozirje

You can also take a bus from Ljubljana to Mozirje. The journey takes about 2 hours, with a transfer in Celje. From Mozirje, we can help arrange a short taxi ride to the Golte area or pick you up if arranged in advance.
